Cancellation Policy

If Cancelling Before Arrival Date:

You are eligible for a refund depending on the following.

1-Full Refund

Beach Stay Maldives will refund the customer for the room booking if cancelled before 14 nights. This policy does not apply after the guest has checked in.

2-Customer Friendly Policy

Guests are only guaranteed a full 50% refund if they give the at least 72-hours notice before cancellation. If cancelled or No show will be charged 100% of the total booking.

3-Moderate Policy

Guests are only guaranteed a full 100% refund if they give the host at least 7 days’ notice before cancellation.Guests are guaranteed a 50% refund if they give the host at least 3 days’ notice before cancellation.

 

If Cancelling After Check-In:

You are eligible for a refund depending on the following.

1-Full Charge

Beach Stay Maldives will not refund the customer for the room booking if cancelled after checkin.
